Kenya Ramadan Aid: Fighting Drought

The Care Association extended a helping hand to families in need in Garissa and Tana River regions of Kenya, who were struggling due to drought, during the last days of Ramadan. With the support of our valued donors, food aid packages were delivered to 475 families, providing them with much-needed relief during this difficult time.

Reaching 475 Families in Six Villages

Thanks to the generous support of our donors, hundreds of families across different villages in Kenya received aid, allowing them to have a more peaceful Ramadan. In total, food aid packages were distributed to 475 families in the following villages:

  1. Quruso - 100 families
  2. Lagabadana - 100 families
  3. Kono Ramada - 100 families
  4. Eldera - 50 families
  5. Matawarsesa - 50 families
  6. Haggar - 50 families
  7. Other - 25 families

These donations helped families have a somewhat more comfortable and prosperous Ramadan.

Prayers Offered During the Aid Distribution

During the distribution of aid packages, local people prayed for the families and relatives of our donors who had passed away. They also sent prayers and condolences to those who had lost their lives in the earthquake in Turkey. This event was a beautiful example of the importance of unity and togetherness.

Thank You to Our Donors

Thanks to this activity in Kenya, we were able to put a smile on the face of families in need. We thank all our donors for their support, and hope that these donations will provide hope to families during these difficult times.

"We are only the means."
