Pediatric Surgical Operation

In the most remote corners of Africa and Asia, thousands of children suffer due to congenital inguinal hernias, appendicitis, birth anomalies, and various conditions that require surgery. While these are treatable through relatively simple procedures, they often become life-threatening due to the severely inadequate healthcare infrastructure in these regions.

As Çare Association, we strive to address this issue through our Çare Doctors team, who go on medical missions three times a year. Our team, consisting of volunteer Turkish doctors, organizes 10-day health camps in different parts of Africa and Asia. Within these camps, pediatric surgery stands out as one of the most vital service areas.

Your donations are used to support pediatric surgical operations carried out during our health camps. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of our Çare Doctors team, these operations help our little patients take hopeful steps toward a healthy future. Each pediatric surgery costs 3,000 TL, with a contribution share of 1,000 TL.

Since 2019, hundreds of pediatric surgeries have been successfully performed, giving hope to children whose lives have been touched by the healing hands of our volunteer doctors.
