How is the share amount determined?
The share prices vary as each organization works with different partners in the region, operates in different areas, provides a guarantee period for the well, implements a re-check mechanism, and checks the continuity of the water well. Considering all these costs, we have determined the share price. Other organizations also set their prices considering their own costs.
Can I request a refund for the donation I made for a water well?
Certainly, you can request a refund. However, if you made a donation for a shared water well and all the shares for the water well you are interested in have been completed and transferred to the country, you would understand that we cannot refund it as the payment has already been made to the country. Similarly, if you wish to open an individual water well, you have the right to withdraw within the first month. After one month, you cannot request a refund for your donation.
Can I share the photos and videos published on your website and social media?
All the videos, photos, and infographics produced are the exclusive works of our institution. Yes, you can share our visuals by referring to our association. Unauthorized sharing is considered within the concept of infringement rights.
